If these Terms conflict with a signed written agreement between you and Vigorous Software Inc., the signed written agreement controls for that project.

Proof-kit demos and fictional records

The website may include proof-kit videos, screenshots, demo workflows, fictional business names, fictional records, mock data, sanitized examples, and technical walkthroughs.

These materials are provided to demonstrate workflow patterns and technical capability.

They are not representations that:

  • the fictional businesses are real clients;
  • the demos are paid customer case studies;
  • any customer achieved a particular result;
  • any revenue, conversion lift, savings, or business outcome was achieved;
  • similar results are guaranteed;
