Vigorous Software Named an OpenAI Select Partner
Vigorous Software Inc. has been named an OpenAI Select Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network, OpenAI’s global program for partners that build, sell, and deliver AI solutions on its platform.
The OpenAI Partner Network launched in June 2026 and brings together consulting firms, systems integrators, and technology specialists — from global consultancies to focused practices like ours — under a single partner program with formal onboarding, technical assessment, enablement, and tiered progression. Joining as a Select Partner means Vigorous Software has completed that onboarding, including OpenAI’s technical capability assessment covering production AI delivery, governance, and responsible-AI practices.
What this means for our clients
Practically, it means the AI systems we build come with backing: partner-level access to OpenAI’s technical resources, enablement, and support, and a delivery practice that has been through OpenAI’s own review of how we ship AI to production.
How we ship it hasn’t changed — the assessment simply documented what we already do. Every AI feature we deliver runs behind human-review approval gates, PII protection, deterministic validation of model output, full audit trails, and the reliability engineering (queues, retries, fallbacks) that keeps customer-facing systems working even when external services aren’t. It’s the standard we’ve applied across our own SaaS platforms — including an AI content platform serving over a thousand paying customers — and in client work, including an AI-assisted messaging platform delivered for a consultancy’s national-brand client, where every AI-generated message is validated and human-approved before it reaches a real person.
